Omesio is dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor tools to adventurers across the globe. We proudly offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
1. Order Fulfillment & Processing

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days on average for us to fulfill and prepare your order before it is dispatched.

Quality Inspection: Each Omesio tool undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our performance standards before leaving our warehouse.

Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated notification.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Factors Impacting Delivery: Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or global pandemics may impact delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your gear to you as safely and quickly as possible.
3. Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item:

Partial Shipments: We will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment. There is no additional shipping cost for partial deliveries.
4. Order Tracking

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if a mobile number was provided) containing a Tracking ID and a direct link to follow your package's journey.

Activation Period: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system once the ID is issued.

5. Shipping Address Disclaimer

Buyer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.

Correction Window: We process orders rapidly, providing a very small window to correct an incorrect address. If you believe you have provided wrong information, contact us immediately at support@omesio.com.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Omesio is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Reporting: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to your respective shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Shipping Costs
By placing an order with Omesio, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our facilities.
