1. Order Cancellations

Window: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement.

Refund Timing: Once cancelled, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to reflect in your original payment method.
2. 30-Day Returns

The Window: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Health and personal care items are exempt from returns.

Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
We stand by our craftsmanship. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Critical Deadline: You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report any damage or defects.

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Items purchased on Sale are final and non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: These may be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:

6. Gifts

Marked as Gift: If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you will receive a Gift Credit for the value of your return.

Not Marked as Gift: The refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Your Return

Initiation: Always email support@omesio.com before shipping any items back.

Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Recommendation: For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
